Slide Design
I got my start as a graphic designer in 1999 when I joined the art department at Outdoor Photographer and Plane & Pilot magazines in Los Angeles. I learned the ropes from a superb art director at that gig, enabling me to transition to freelancing a couple of years later. I've worked as an independent contractor for most of my career, with the exception of a couple of occasions when I couldn't resist teaming up...
In 2012, I joined Silver Fox Productions, a design agency in Seattle and a leader in the field of executive presentations for meetings and events. I became captivated by slide design at Silver Fox, and somehow I survived working backstage at huge corporate events. I was later recruited by Prestige Global Meeting Source in Minneapolis to assist meeting planners with site selection and venue negotiation. I returned to graphic design in 2020, partnering with the talented people at Eleven 11 Solutions in Bellevue, Washington until 2024. Today, I once again work independently on a diverse array of projects.
